Orizair collects personal data strictly necessary for the purpose of processing flight bookings and managing its services. This information is used exclusively to handle reservations and maintain customer relationships in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

As part of its services, Orizair collects and transfers Passenger Name Record (PNR) data to relevant operators and third-party service providers, such as airport authorities, ground handling agents, limousine service companies, and insurance providers, insofar as such transfers are required for the execution of the travel contract. PNR data may also be disclosed to government authorities in certain countries, including jurisdictions where the level of data protection may not be equivalent to that of the Client’s or Passenger’s country of residence.

In accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (LPD) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their personal data at any time.

Orizair takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal information and to protect it against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
